1 Bossiney House

Positive: Really spacious rooms! Loads of pots and pans and utensils Really friendly for kids and adults The kitchen was amazing! Negative: No toilet roll when you first arrive. (I was prepared and thought this might be the case) but when travelling 200 miles we didnt have the facility for the toilet. The garden wasn't even mowed. So spiky weeds in the garden and nettles with a 5 year old. Left side of the fence wasn't secured so a dog can escape round the back. Last stays laundry was still in the garden and never collected. Doors were really tough to open and they slammed when shut. Top floors shower was very very temperamental got very hot or very cold. And 1 of the double rooms were 2 beds pushed together.

Fab property in great location Positive: Recently renovated, large, characterful property over 3 floors. Beautifully decorated with superb attention to detail and high end finishes. Great family spaces but places to seperate too. Negative: Some of the doors (fire) close very quickly and loudly, does grate after a while.

Great location, amazing house Positive: Lovely new house and well equipped. The whole house was lovely. Rooms were great, garden was nice and the location was perfect, overlooking the golf course, with plenty of parking and just a short walk into town. Negative: Fire doors were very loud when self closing. I know this is necessary, but they could be heard throughout the whole house
