Negative: I needed to work on two of the days and the WiFi simply couldn't deliver and I ended up having to rent an office space for the day. That aside, the place was in a lovely location and good value for money.

The setting is slightly nicer than you can see in the photos, the property has decking leading down steps to an enclosed little garden with a drying line and over looks the large driveway, tennis court and beautiful views.The property is nice. It has an open plan lounge/kitchen with dining table. Beds are comfy, shower is good.The front door was sticky and almost impossible to open but we happily used the back door which has a key. Washing took a while to dry inside the property, best to use the line outsode of not raining.You need to drive to get to places but its near loads of good stuff. Lovely beach and dog walk at Crackington Haven, about a 5 minute drive. Boscastle is very near, its a gorgeous village to visit with an even more beautiful walk. We went to Bude - summerleaze beach and pool, North Rock beach which was great for body boarding, had a lovely day at Clovelly.

property well located,clean and lovely out door space for dining and relaxing. Damp smell an issue Positive: There is a damp problem in the house. The musty damp smell made an otherwise lovely and comfortable house uncomfortable to stay in. Negative: We got no response from hosts regarding our request with regard to the damp problem.

Took far too long to get things working Negative: Front door very stiff - cooker hob too technical - instruction manual contained outdated info. Drying rack in airing cupboard was trapped by a pipe to hot water tank. Bed far too soft.

Beautiful cottage stay Positive: The location was wonderful for hiking and exploring the local area. The facilities and accommodation were brilliant. Very comfortable, set up with everything you need. Negative: Nothing
