Great modern house, well equipped, very good location Positive: Great location for us , easy walk into Bude, peaceful neighbourhood, close to the beach, good for dog walking , lovely modern house , great facilities, home from home , comfortable , warm , private secure garden .

It was one of the most relaxing holidays we had. Positive: Excellent host who looked into our request promptly and left heart warming welcome goodies. Negative: Directions to location- property is infact along side road behing no.12. Spent some time looking for it.
