We stayed here as a group of five adults, one toddler, and one baby, and had a lovely stay overall. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Bude, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy walking distance. The property also has parking for two cars, which was a real bonus. The large open-plan kitchen and dining area with bi-fold doors was a fantastic social space, while the separate lounge was ideal when some of us wanted to escape the football! The garden was another highlight, with a barbecue, children’s toys, and plenty of beach equipment provided. It’s well sheltered too, making it a great place to relax when it was too windy for the beach. The washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher were all very useful, especially with young children. The bedrooms were equipped with Dyson fans, although we still found them quite warm during our stay and ended up removing the duvets and sleeping under the covers. The only minor downside was that we had to buy our own bin bags, which would have been helpful to have provided. However, the bins were emptied twice during our six-day stay, which was appreciated. Overall, this is a spacious, well-equipped holiday home in a fantastic location, and we would happily stay here again.

Great accommodation Positive: This is our second visit to the property. Loved every minute of it. Each room having its own facilities, location is great too. Negative: Sometimes it got to warm with us not being able to control it. Also the prices have increased so not sure we will be able to continue to visit.

Positive: Loved the open plan living room and kitchen. Negative: Property was too hot and we could not adjust the level

Perfect location, perfect accommodation, amazingly well appointed, can’t recommend highly enough…will re-book for 2026!
